How to Redeem $8 HongBao Coupons

You will receive the $8 HongBao Coupons via email and please make an appointment to redeem the coupon for pet grooming services at any of our AAA outlets. Coupons can only be redeemed from 29th January 2021 to 28th February 2021. Please show the CNY 2021 shared post on Instagram or Facebook to our staff during redemption. Only one (1) CNY 2021 Promo Coupon can be used in one (1) transaction.

Coupon Terms & Conditions

  1. This Online Coupon Code (“Coupon”) is valid only (a) upon successful redemption by an authorised Animal Arts Academy Pte Ltd (“AAA”) staff and (b) during the period commencing on the date of issuance and ending on the indicated expiry date.
  2. Only one (1) Coupon of the CNY 2021 Promotion may be used for the same transaction with an AAA’s outlet.
  3. The value of this Coupon is denominated in Singapore currency.
  4. This Coupon may be used for payments of pet grooming services provided at AAA’s outlets in Singapore.
  5. This Coupon is valid only for the type of grooming service as indicated on this Coupon (Basic or Full Pet Grooming only) based on the grooming services available at AAA’s outlets.
  6. This Coupon may be used for payments of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
  7. This Coupon cannot be used with any other AAA’s discount(s) or promotion(s) or student cut services.
  8. No refund shall be given if the value of this Coupon presented to an AAA’s outlet exceeds the amount payable.
  9. This Coupon, once issued, cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced with other Coupon(s) of higher, equal or lower denomination.
  10. This Coupon cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or in AAA’s opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
  11. AAA may not accept any Coupon which, in AAA’s opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or appears to be a counterfeit or altered or tampered with.
  12. This Coupon shall not be used for or in connection with (a) any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or activity, or (b) save with the prior approval of AAA, any business or commercial purpose or activity.
  13. AAA shall not be responsible for any claim, demand, loss, cost, expense or liability of any kind, which may be suffered or incurred by any person in using or attempting to use this Coupon.
